Mission Statement

Warning you if a game's publisher or developer is woke.

What's woke? Your definition may vary. Ours is any of the following:
- woke-rationale censorship, particularly of sexuality, violence, or vocabulary
- silencing critics, not allowing for multiple points of view
- reserving a job opening for a particular identity group
- denouncing whites, men, straights, non-transsexuals, etc.
- denouncing the audience for being the wrong identities
- denouncing the audience for disliking the woke-preferred identities
- denouncing the audience for having the wrong politics
- associating the company or game with Social Justice politics

We use direct statements by companies and staff, not analysis of game content.

Whether a game has woke themes or characters is too subjective. If the people involved are woke at work, they will probably say so in public. More weight is given to people in key content positions such as design or writing. We will consider ingame content that is effectively a statement from the company to the user.

Once we can tell a company's woke, we don't investigate further. Otherwise this would take up all our time.

We are not infallible, and eager to correct erroneous curations. We'd also like to add new ones at your suggestion, but bear in mind we need an evidence link for any claim we make.

Stop giving money to people who hate you.

Or at least be aware.
